Martino Restaurant, founded in 1968 by Vicente Esclapez and Manola Oliver has its origin in a grocery store located in the lower Vinalopó area a few kilometers from the city of Elche, Alicante.
Later in 1977 his son Paco and his wife Isabel expanded the services of the old shop-bar, growing little by little as a restaurant. Currently Fran Esclapez grandson of the founders bets for new gastronomic concepts and greater detail in customer service.
The cuisine of Martino restaurant offers a wide culinary proposal based on traditional dishes and also more current without losing the essence of our roots where we highlight above all our rice to the firewood.
